Final Fantasy Redesigned....for my Illustration Major in uni...
We're to make a visual dictionary based on a theme.
I picked final fantasy characters. But since the design of the characters are copyrighted, I cannot use Nomura's design. I have to create my own. The audience is still FF base so I want to redesign them in a way that a fan would instantly recognise or have an idea of who the character is. In this case I will use similar colours used by Nomura.
This is a computer draft. I have to redraw this traditionally on a illustration board.
